Objectives

• Structure a visually inventive and original booklet/zine as a means to communicate your learnings about typographic classification, anatomy, history and connotation

• Curate, create and integrate diagrams, images and text in an engaging multi-page composition

• Organize elements in a space in order to create a clear hierarchy of information and practice the use of formal typographic rules        

Description

Design a booklet that teaches about typography through a specific typeface. You will be responsible for researching, writing, gathering and creating the content, and designing a 3 spread booklet with front and back covers (8 pages total). This will be a single-sheet fold zine, made from one sheet of 11x17 paper.
