This semester, we embarked on a journey to enhance our online store, creating a seamless and visually engaging experience for customers. One of the key initiatives involved changing the overall graphics, colors, and aesthetics of the website. Working with the merchandising team, we were able to edit and update new merchandise content. We undertook a thorough reassessment of our merchandise pricing. We were able to fine-tune our prices to create a balance between value for our customers and sustainable growth for our business.
Moreover, we recognize the importance of storytelling in building brand loyalty. We introduced a timeline feature on our website, listing the history and development of Traffick Jam. This reflection of the company’s past provides valuable context for customers and viewers. By sharing our story in a compelling and accessible format, we forge stronger connections and foster brand advocacy.
In addition, we successfully navigated updating our website's domain. Communication with past employees allowed us to transfer information from past classes. This was one of the most difficult processes of the website development process, but with hard work between our communications and merchandising team, we were able to expand our online presence and create our new domain.
